BOOKING CONDITIONS & INFORMATION – 270 Cae Du, Abersoch


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY



  • STRICTLY FAMILIES ONLY: We reserve the right to terminate any bookings, without refund, which are found to be of young people not supervised by parents/adults, even though the booking was made by a parent/adult.  We also reserve the right to retain part or all of the pre-paid security deposit for extra cleaning, breakages and damage done to the property
  • PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required for each week reserved upon confirmation of a booking, the balance of the rent must be paid four weeks prior to the date of arrival. A £100.00 per booking security deposit is required in addition to the rental and will be returned to you one week after departure subject to the property being left as found. The property will be checked on departure days and any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning required will be notified to you and the costs deducted accordingly.
  • CANCELLATION: In the event of the necessity to cancel the holiday we must be notified in writing or by email at the earliest possible moment.  We will do our best to rebook the accommodation but we reserve the right to hold you liable for the full rental should this not be possible.
  • LATE BOOKINGS: All monies must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
  • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Visitors are requested to arrive no earlier than 3.00pm on the day of arrival and leave no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.  Arrangements for short breaks should be made at the time of booking.
  • KEYS: Collect keys from the property unless otherwise advised by the owner beforehand.
  • LINEN: Visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Pillows and duvets are provided.
  • PETS: Strictly no pets allowed.
  • CLEANING: The property will have been professionally cleaned for your arrival, please keep the property in good order during your stay.
  • ELECTRICITY/GAS: The cost of these utilities are included in your rental.
  • OVERCROWDING: The property is designed to accommodate six persons.  We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking if more than the stated number of people are found to be staying.
  • PROBLEMS: We are anxious that all our visitors enjoy their stay.  In the event of any problems arising please contact the owner by telephone (Mobile 07919 564983) and we will do our best to resolve the problem
